Welcome to
The Harbour
The Harbour is a place to connect those requiring help with their eating disorders with a team dedicated to their individual success by aligning their needs with a customized therapy and support services program. Young adults over 18+ are medically assessed for suitability to the program upon a referral by a family doctor or their post- secondary student health services department.
Those accepted into the program participate in private and group therapy sessions over a four- month period.
More than just a clinic
The Harbour addresses many of the current shortcomings in the healthcare system by delivering an agenda of tailored treatments and support in a consistent manner. On the basis of the intake psychiatric assessment a mutually agreed upon custom support plan for the individual would be created. Programs would include private consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, nutritionists, dieticians, athletic therapists and others as required. Individuals would also participate in group therapy sessions and have the opportunity to meet with volunteers sharing their lived experiences with eating disorders Individual would be assigned a Clinical Support Manager (CSM) who would be the student’s prime therapist and in addition would coordinate and monitor individual and group therapy programs as needed.
